Early access to new portfolio homes
Terms and conditions: Your Destination booking can be canceled with no penalties up until 60 days before arrival. Inside of 60 days from arrival stay purchases are otherwise non-refundable.
Book with flexibility by conveniently paying your stay in monthly payment schedules. All balances are due in full before your arrival should you decide to travel sooner.
Your stay can be gifted to family by emailing or calling D. Alexander. Once the stay has been transferred and reserved, it cannot be revoked. Package(s) can be purchased online and used for gifts or personal travel, but can not be resold for cash or other consideration.
Availability based on first come first serve basis. Confirm your reservation dates as soon as possible.
Reservations for Destination Plan redemption should be scheduled within 12 months of purchase and redeemed with in 24 months of purchase. Check in dates may only be modified up to 30 days before check-in, after reservation has been made.
Availability of package units is limited and durations of time are fixed, however, we reserve the right to build custom-tailored packages.
