ShortTermRentalz: “D. Alexander reinvents business to mid-term rental operations”

US Hospitality company D. Alexander has decided to eliminate all short-term rentals and reinvent its business to mid-term rentals in order to provide people with “safe, clean escapes to heal, rejuvenate, be productive and continue to keep living mindfully.

The firm has confirmed that it will now be offering destination isolation solutions for those within driving distance, providing all the necessary amenities to live and work from the beaches of Florida, mountains of Tennessee or red rocks of Arizona.

Flat rate packages for one- to three-month stays are available and include:

  • Flex scheduling and accommodations [booked days do not expire]

  • No security deposits and transferrable dates [booked days can be gifted one time post-purchase]

  • Damage and protection insurance [all packages are fixed pricing based on home size, bedroom count and location]

  • Benefits including wine, Malin & Goetz products, Sheets&Giggles linens, game rooms

D. Alexander claims to be the first “owner-operated home hotel collection” — aiming to create radical consistency from home-to-home and a pioneering hospitality brand that introduces a new standard in how groups create memorable destination experiences. The brand was launched in 2019 with the intention to set a quality and consistency standard for short-term vacation homes.
